At GEMS GLOW HOUSE, each candle is made to order with care. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us withinย 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and made-to-order process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong item selected by customer
- Minor variations in color or appearance
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your issue is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5โ10 business days.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After this time, orders are sent into production and cannot be canceled.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
