Delays  
Please note that delays may occur due to high order volume, holidays, or carrier issues. GEMS GLOW HOUSE is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
